Player Control Help

Campaign: Curse of Strahd

Login & Registration

• Select your character and login with your password.
• If your character has no account yet, register from the Register tab.
• Local debug bypass may be available in local-only test environments.

Top Action Buttons

• Notifications: open your notification feed and clear items for your own audience.
• Settings: open account settings and personal preferences.
• Logout: end your session and return to login screen.

Character Panel

• Shows avatar and your active character identity.
• Tracked resources include HP, spell slots, and hit dice (when enabled for character).
• HP controls include quick edit and undo for the latest tracked action.
• Use Short Rest and Long Rest actions to apply configured recovery behavior.

SRD Search

• Search SRD entries and open them inline.
• Favorite frequently used entries.
• Share active SRD entry to the players screen when sharing is enabled.

Inventory & Items

• View your inventory from DM-assigned ownership.
• Open item details including image and description.
• Transfer eligible items to other party members (if enabled).

Maps & Shared Display

• When a DM displays a map, map view appears in your control view.
• Map may include focused areas and markers set by the DM.
• Use close-map controls only when available to your player role.

Initiative View

• Shows current combat order, active turn, and round state.
• Character condition/status indicators update live from DM actions.
• Death save and unconscious/dead states reflect DM tracker updates.

Android Home Screen Install

• Open /control in Chrome on Android.
• Use browser menu → Add to Home screen or Install app.
• Launch from home screen for full-screen app-like behavior.
